I’m already a fan of STARSKIN but there are quite a few sheet mask brands on the market now so I would assume it’s difficult for any of the brands to try and bring something new and advanced onto the market. STARSKIN have done just that and it’s exactly what we needed.
I’ll tell you exactly how it felt and what the application process was from my own experience but then i’ll also add all the scientific side like what ingredients it contains and what it.
How to use it – The pack comes with a syringe (don’t worry no needle!) and a sheet mask. It’s an overnight mask so it’s best used in the evening. The syringe is pre filled with a cream concentrate containing tiny pyramid shaped crystals made of Hyaluronic Acid and injected with Plant-EGF, Plant stem cells and Floret DNA. You basically take the cap off the syringe and inject it over the skin. Then you massage it lightly in with your fingers and finish off by tapping the skin all over – the process should last 1-2 minutes. Once you’ve finished you then take out the sheet mask and remove both outer layers. Place this over your face and leave it on for 20 minutes. Take it off and massage the remaining serum leftover from the mask into skin.
Results – It’s pretty easy to use and not as complicated as what you may think when you see the syringe. I personally felt a huge difference the next morning. I think with regular use it would make a more long term difference. My skin was smoother, brighter and genuinely felt more plump. My blemishes seemed to be slightly faded too which was great.
Hyaluronic Acid – Anti wrinkle ingredient commonly used as fillers to smooth and plump skin. Also helps strengthen elasticity and boost firmness.
Plant-EGF – Derived from rice, a protein responsible for stimulating and accelerating skin renewal.
Plant Stem Cells – Stimulates collagen production and improves skin resilience.
Floret DNA – Enhances skin volume and density. Promotes a smoother and youthful appearance.
