Yes, Nina Ubhi will ship to many countries around the world – just select your country at checkout.
Please kindly note that International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. When ordering from www.ninaubhi.com, the recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for any of these import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Nina Ubhi does not collect custom duties or levies and we are unable to ascertain what your particular charges may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, FPO, APO address and Shop & Ship Addresses.

We have chosen to use DHL as our shipping partner for the U.A.E. as they have an extensive coverage of the country, however, that being said, there are certain limited service areas where they will either not be able to hand deliver your shipments or reduce delivery frequency to once or twice per week and hence are unable to offer a next day service. We apologise in advance if you live in one of those areas, however, delivery regions are out of our control.

We ship our products each working day. Our hours of operation are Sunday through to Thursday from 9.00am to 5.00pm Gulf Time Zone (UTC+04:00). We will do our best to get your products to you at your earliest convenience, but if your order has not reached you within the promised time of our shipping partner, please email sales@ninaubhi.com with subject line: ORDER NOT RECEIVED. Please include your order and tracking number so we can follow up with our logistics partner.

In the UAE, the driver may insist on seeing some form of government issued ID for security purposes. This could be one of the following:

  • Emirates ID
  • UAE Issued Driving Licence
  • Passport

For all other countries, a form of official ID will be required from you to accept delivery.

Once you have placed an order and have been provided with a tracking number, depending on your country of delivery you can contact DHL directly with your tracking number and they may offer their ‘On Demand Delivery’ service, based on your location. Delivery times vary from location to location, country to country. However, DHL will provide you with an estimate of their transit times to the location you have requested, but please note that these may vary depending on the customs clearance process of your country. We ask that you complete your address details in as much detail as possible to help us get your package to you with the minimum amount of fuss.

We have partnered up with DHL, one of the leading logistics companies in the world with the aim that we can cover as much of our chosen delivery countries as possible, however, that having said, there are certain places that they cannot deliver to which are out of our control and we apologise in advance for this.

No, unfortunately we do not offer collection in the UAE, delivery only.

Delivery time for an order totally depends on the country, area and location to where it is being delivered. We have been provided delivery time estimates by DHL (view DHL Transit Times), however Nina Ubhi cannot accept responsibility for any delays in receiving your packages as this is outsourced to a third party.

 

Shipping & Charges

We have partnered up with DHL and as we ship to numerous countries around the world, they have offered their best bespoke price based on your country. The shipping costs will automatically change in accordance to your location when you are checking out of the shop. www.ninaubhi.com has a direct link to the DHL shipping portal, so we have no control over their charges as they are a third-party agent we use to get our products to yourselves.

Nina Ubhi is happy to provide discounted shipping charges on orders based on the following minimum order values:

  • United Arab Emirates – > $75.00 order value, free shipping
  • G.C.C. (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain & Kuwait) – > $95.00 order value, free shipping
  • Rest ot the World – > $95.00 order value, $10.00 discount on shipping

DHL currently do not have the facility to accept a ‘Cash on Delivery’ service, so all payments need to be made via credit or debit card. We would look to offer this service once it becomes available through DHL.

Order cancellation requests will be considered but are not guaranteed. This is simply because we try to ship out orders as quickly as possible, and we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched. Once you receive an order confirmation by email, it means your order is already being processed and cannot be changed or cancelled.

Payment Methods

The website www.ninaubhi.com accepts payment by credit card and debit card via the PayPal payment gateway. Email is not a secure method of transmitting credit card information, so please do NOT send us any credit or debit card information via an email.

The product and services available on our website, including any samples, are for personal use only. As such we have set limits on the amount we allow you to purchase in one go which is as follows:

  • U.A.E. customers are able to purchase up to the maximum invoice value of $500.00 per order and are not able to purchase again for two weeks. Orders will be cancelled if they violate this rule.
  • International customers (non U.A.E.) are able to purchase up to the maximum total invoice value of $250.00 per order and are not able to purchase again for two weeks. Orders will be cancelled if they violate this rule.
