Returns and Exchanges
As we are trading in Beauty Products, all sales are final for hygiene reasons.
With the exception of damaged items, all sales are made final once goods are received. If goods are damaged, please send a photo of the damaged goods to us at email@example.com with the subject line: “DAMAGED” and include your order number for consideration of credit to your account.
We aim to package the products to prevent any damage through shipping, however any damages to the product as a result of this will need to be reviewed and we cannot guarantee this will resort to a replacement of product.
Please note that for eye lashes, discrepancies may occur, so if the lashes differ from one another in regard to hair assignment, they are handmade, and this does not constitute damaged items.
