Using a small fluff brush, smudge/blend the liner upwards and outwards so you can no longer differentiate between the liner and smudge. Add black shadow if needed to assist in smudging.

Add lashes and line water line with gel liner. Add black shadow on lower lash line and blend outwards to meet upper flick.
