So it’s been around 3 months since I’ve had my Coosculpting session on the flanks and stomach area. I’ve already blogged about the whole process and how it felt however I really wanted to share how I’ve found the results. I’d be lying if I said I followed the recommended advice of eating clean and working out because when I had my flanks done, I got a new puppy and didn’t realize that he would take over my life and my gym and diet would suffer. I had the stomach area done around 2 months later (nearly 2 months ago) and that’s when I was able to get back to eating clean and I started cycling as it fit in better with my lifestyle. Even though I haven’t been consistent with my clean eating I’ve definitely seen results when it comes to the shape of my body. I still have fat that I want to lose but I’m so much happier with my shape! I can see the flanks have drastically reduced in comparison to how they were and my stomach area is much flatter. I’d definitely recommend having cool sculpting however I would also recommend you have a thorough consultation to see if its a treatment that would suit what your concern is.

I’d say the biggest advice I could give is going to the right clinic. I’ve been a client of Kaya skin clinic for years and there’s a reason I keep going back. The dermatologist’s and nurses are specialists in their fields and the confidence and knowledge shows when you’re consulting with them. You could go to any clinic to have cool sculpting however it doesn’t mean the results will be the same as although it’s ultimately a machine that does the job, it’s a person who operates the machine and ensures it does what it’s meant to do in the right areas of your body. I can’t stress enough how important the people of Kaya are, it’s what makes me keep going back to them and the expertise of the staff shines through.

If you’re thinking of trying a new clinic then I’d recommend Kaya because although every clinic looks shiny and new, the people are what gives it it’s wisdom and expertise.
